End of the year press roundup, plus new videos

If you don’t follow us on Facebook or Twitter, you might have missed some of the “Best of 2011” press The Man That Time Forgot has been getting. This horn ain’t gonna toot itself, so here’s a roundup.

In the states, there’s the Philadelphia Inquirer, Salad Days Music, Memphis Commercial-Appeal, Memphis Flyer, Big Rock Candy Mountain, and Sangamon Valley Roots Revival. We were also very thrilled to be included in Allmusic’s favorite rock album’s of 2011.

Overseas, we got some love from Spain: Necesito Un Rock And Roll, Río Rojo, and a little indie zine we’d never heard of called Rolling Stone. We were also happy to be included in Elpee Groningen’s list, over in the Netherlands.

The Arkansas Times just ran a rare concert review of our Little Rock show last week, with some high-quality video I’ve posted below. I think it’s safe to say that the White Water Tavern might be the best bar in the United States.

Lastly, we’re adding some new shows, so if you’d like us to come to your town, drop me a line at jpkusa-AT-gmail.com and we’ll see if we can’t make it happen.
